Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your booking, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, its mandatory that you have not picked the bike at all Or on the day of picking you have rejected the bike.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or a message or any other proof of successful booking.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once after you apply for a refund it takes minimum of 10 working days time to process & the refund will be credited

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will offer you the exchange of the bike only if you have the legitimate reasons to do that.


Note: As we give the bikes on rent. We dont ship any product infact customer needs to pick it up and the refund policy will be applicable only before picking up the bike or customer dint pick bike even after his alloted time period.
